- 3回コース（90分・45分）：初回セッション前に3回分を一括でお支払いいただきます。
- サービス提供の時期
- ご予約いただいた日時に提供します。メッセージ音楽セラピーは、ご入金確認後、翌営業日〜2日後を目安にお届けします。
- 動作環境（オンラインセッション）
- インターネット接続環境と、ビデオ通話（Zoom、Google Meet等）が利用できる端末（スマートフォン・タブレット・パソコン）が必要です。通信料はお客様のご負担となります。
- サービス代金以外の料金説明
- お振込手数料やウェブサイト閲覧、オンラインでのセラピーの際の通信料金等はお客様のご負担となります。
- お申し込み内容の変更、キャンセル及び返金について

- 日程の変更：サービス提供日前日16時までにご連絡いただいた場合、ご相談の上別の日程に変更させていただきます。
- キャンセル：サービス提供日前日16時までにご連絡いただいた場合、振込手数料またはクレジットカードシステム手数料を差し引いて返金いたします。
サービス提供日前日16時を過ぎてから、また、当日のキャンセルおよびご連絡いただけなかった場合は、返金はございません。
- メッセージ音楽セラピー（お届け型）について：メッセージ音楽セラピーは、個別に音源制作・サマリー作成を行うサービスのため、お申し込み（決済完了）後のキャンセルおよび返金は原則お受けしておりません。
- 3回コース（90分・45分）について：コースの有効期限は、お支払い日から2年間です。期限内に、ご希望のタイミングで各回をご予約ください。有効期限を過ぎた未受講分の返金はいたしかねます。各回の日程変更は、サービス提供日前日16時までにご連絡いただいた場合、ご相談のうえ別日程へ振替いたします。コース開始後にやむを得ずご解約される場合は、受講済み回数を単発の正規料金で再計算し、お支払い済み金額との差額から振込手数料等を差し引いてご返金いたします。
※ご自身や身内の体調不良など、急に発生した不都合により変更が必要な場合は日程の変更を承りますのでぜひご相談くださいませ（日程の変更は原則１回までとさせていただきます）。

- Payment methods: credit card (via Stripe) or bank transfer.
- Service provision timing
- Services are provided at the reserved date and time. Message Music Therapy is delivered within one to two business days after payment confirmation.
- System requirements (online sessions)
- An internet connection and a device capable of video calls (e.g., Zoom) are required. Communication charges are the customer's responsibility.
- Explanation of fees
- Customers are responsible for bank transfer fees, website viewing costs, and online therapy communication charges.
- Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

- Changes to appointments: If notified by 4 PM the day before the service, the date can be changed in consultation.
- Cancellations: If notified by 4 PM the day before the service, the service fee will be refunded minus the bank transfer or credit card system fees. No refunds will be given for cancellations after that time, on the day of the service, or if no notification is provided.
- Message Music Therapy (Delivered Service): As this service involves the creation of personalized audio recordings and a written summary for each customer, cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted after an application has been submitted and payment has been completed.
- Multi-Session Courses (90/45-minute): Courses are valid for two (2) years from the date of payment. You may book each session at any time within this period. Unused sessions cannot be refunded after the expiration date. Each session may be rescheduled if you contact us by 4 PM (JST) on the day before your appointment. If you need to cancel a course partway through, we will recalculate completed sessions at the regular single-session rate and refund the balance, minus bank transfer or payment processing fees.
- Note: In the case of sudden issues such as illness of the customer or their family members, rescheduling will be accepted. Please feel free to consult us (rescheduling is limited to once in principle).
