- お申し込み内容の変更、キャンセル及び返金について

- 日程の変更：サービス提供日前日16時までにご連絡いただいた場合、ご相談の上別の日程に変更させていただきます。
- キャンセル：サービス提供日前日16時までにご連絡いただいた場合、振込手数料またはクレジットカードシステム手数料を差し引いて返金いたします。
サービス提供日前日16時を過ぎてから、また、当日のキャンセルおよびご連絡いただけなかった場合は、返金はございません。
※ご自身や身内の体調不良など、急に発生した不都合により変更が必要な場合は日程の変更を承りますのでぜひご相談くださいませ（日程の変更は原則１回までとさせていただきます）。

- Customers are responsible for bank transfer fees, website viewing costs, and online therapy communication charges.
- Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

- Changes to appointments: If notified by 4 PM the day before the service, the date can be changed in consultation.
- Cancellations: If notified by 4 PM the day before the service, the service fee will be refunded minus the bank transfer or credit card system fees. No refunds will be given for cancellations after that time, on the day of the service, or if no notification is provided.
- Note: In the case of sudden issues such as illness of the customer or their family members, rescheduling will be accepted. Please feel free to consult us (rescheduling is limited to once in principle).
